For an International Consultancy that had recently re-organized to global practice areas and teams, Millennia Leaders designed and delivered team building and leadership development programs. We delivered these programs to hundreds of employees in multiple offices over three years. Their consultants were constantly re-deployed to new projects, teams and clients. Our leadership development and team-building sessions helped them to work effectively together on new projects and teams. We provided these consultants with new skills and trained them to be effective team members.

For a $2 Billion Manufacturing company, Millennia Leaders designed a two-day leadership program for their top 200 executives and management including areas of relationship building, mentoring and coaching, career management and leadership skills development. The focus was on a self-awareness-based learning process geared towards enhancing each person's leadership abilities and core strengths to gain a better understanding of how and where they best fit in the organization. The program was designed to accommodate all levels of leaders in the company.

We've followed up that work over five years with additional leadership development and team building working with multiple divisions and functional groups. We worked with numerous individuals and their teams and helped them become more effective players at the decision making level, provided skills to help them better influence and play a leadership role with their internal customers. In addition, we coached individuals with their development to help them to realize their impact on their teams and the organization overall.

For a Fortune 500 Medical company, Millennia Leaders provided Peer Group team building in groups of 20-25 consisting of cross-company, cross-functional teams. We worked with these teams on improving their sphere of influence and control, self-promotion and career management, and influencing change in the organization without the reporting authority. We provided these services on an on-going basis to senior team members to help them learn the necessary skills to coach others so that their employees can develop the skills to be team leaders.

For a Fortune 100 Financial Services company, Millennia Leaders was a key participant in a 2-day offsite session conducted for 500 of the company's leaders. This session provided insight into leadership capabilities, potential barriers that may get in the way and identified tools and strategies for ongoing, sustainable success. In addition, we have worked with multiple individuals on leadership and executive development.

For a $200 Million Telecommunications company, Millennia Leaders worked with the senior executive and management team to help them work more effectively. We also designed and developed peer mentoring and coaching models which were delivered to various functional teams throughout the company.
