LifeLeaders® is the cornerstone of the many services provided by Millennia Leaders. This 3-day program leads each woman to discover her own leadership potential and create her own development goals and action plans.
The LifeLeaders Program is an intensive, three-day leadership development program designed for professional women. It brings together a carefully selected small group of high-talent, highly motivated women to interact and learn in an open, confidential environment. LifeLeaders candidates can expect to emerge from this program closely aligned to their organization's goals but also true to themselves. They can also expect to find a strong professional network, which provides ongoing counsel, support, and encouragement.
The program begins with candid, productive, confidential feedback. Personal interviews and written assessment tools provide a starting point for the participant's development focus.
Each woman then begins an in-depth journey of self-discovery revolving around her talents, goals and opportunities. This journey is explored through:

* curriculum tailored to the needs of powerful women
* facilitation that combines knowledge, challenge and humor
* and a supportive, honest, human environment.
Women find their own answers about being an authentic leader, about living points of passion, about leading from strengths, and finding real solutions to real issues in work and life.The LifeLeaders Program leads each professional woman to tap into her own leadership potential and to create her own development goals and action plans.
