Mary Mahoney

Mary Mahoney is the founder and President of the firm. Her philosophy and mission centers around the belief that each person’s perspective, expertise and unique style must play an important role in shaping the future—the future of corporate America, education, politics, our communities. Through her work, Mary helps individuals uncover what they’re really passionate about so they bring that passion and enthusiasm to all aspects of their lives particularly from a leadership perspective.  

The development and success of women in the workplace is a significant focus of Mary's work.  She is recognized as one of the leaders in the area of professional development for women.   Mary is also the founder of the LifeLeaders® program, a cross-company leadership and professional development experience for high potential, high talent women.  She is a frequent public speaker on topics surrounding her areas of expertise. 

Tom Mahoney

Tom Mahoney joined Millennia Leaders in 2004 and he provides expertise to help grow and deliver our consulting services. He has sold and delivered management and technology consulting services to clients in various industries across the country focusing on software and business services for over thirty years. Tom is responsible for Millennia Leaders’ systems and operations.
